Controversial parking metres on the beaches of Castelldefels

From now on, park before the beaches of Castelldefels, very busy, cost money. The City Council has implemented a blue payment zone and a special zone free of charge for residents of the promenade, as other municipalities on the coast of Barcelona already do. It is a major new source of income for the council, but some neighbours have started collecting signatures against it.
