- Bought at antiquarian bookshop Rosenthal (San Francisco) in 1978.
- In the early 17th century owned by Marghrieta Peters Lammerts, nun in the convent Marienwater/Koudewater in Rosmalen, according to a note on f. 141v. The ms. was probably kept in the convent until ca. 1800.

I-III, 1, 3r, 4v, 5, 6r, 13, 229 and the 2 following leaves. – With Latin and some Dutch rubrics . – Also contains psalm numbers and comments on the liturgical use added in a later hand (18th century?).
