Quickscan en inventariserend veldonderzoek in de vorm van boringen en een profielput. De ondergrond bestaat uit dekzand waarin zich een veldpodzolgrond in heeft ontwikkeld. Door recente bouwwerkzaamheden is de natuurlijke bodem volledig verstoord. Er is sprake van een A op C profiel. Bureau voor Archeologie adviseert vrijgave van het plangebied.
