Provenance

  • Bought at antiquarian bookshop Hertzberger (Amsterdam) in 1965.
  • The maculature was found as a set of flyleaves in the 16th-century binding of a book owned by the order of the Holy Sepulchre in Culemborg: Antoninus Florentinus, Summa (Basel, Amorbach, Froben 1511), ex. UBL 1407 D 6-8. The flyleaves were already separated when the book was bought.
