Bronze panels of St Peter and St Paul
Two bronze panels. They are quadrangular in shape and incised with drawings of St Peter and St Paul respectively. They may be from a cross or from the end of a knife handle. Knives were used in manuscript production, for example to cut parchment, mark lines and sometimes to erase mistakes.
