Obiectul reprezintă un urs în miniatură. Animalul este reprezentat în poziție bipedă, sprijinit de un buștean care este fluierul propri -zis. Trăsăturile faciale (ochi, bot, gură) sînt realizate prin incizare cu un vîrf ascuțit. Jucărille erau utilizate de către copii în diferite jocuri ca replică imitativă a activităților adulților, a animalelor sau a pieselor de uz gospodăresc.
