Piesă fragmentară, de formă aproximativ triunghiulară. Nasul este proeminent, ochii foarte bine conturați și părul despărțit în două bucle. Partea din față este majoritar nedecorată, numai o mică suprafață fiind ornamentată spiralo-meandric excizat, în timp ce partea din spate este ornamentată cu linii frânte incizate. Piesa este fragmentară, nasul și o parte din cap lipsind din vechime.
