Cahlă placă de formă patrulateră, cu motive geometrice, vegetale și religioase. Cahla are un chenar simplu adâncit în trei trepte. În plan central se află un medalion octogonal în care este amplasată un cap de Madonă cu aureolă. Pe cele două laturi exterioare ale medalionului sunt așezați doi îngeri.
