Bicorn de comandor de marină pentru ținută de gală. A aparținut comandorului Toma Matei (1899-1965). Toma Matei a fost comandorul distrugătoarelor „Mărășești” și „Mărăști” (1942-1944). Între 1945 și 1946, s-a aflat la conducerea Școlii Navale „Mircea”. - Fara forme evidente de degradare.
