Peigne à 36 dents en cuivre doré, denture amovible fixée aux extrémités par 2 clous, dos en bronze doré orné de 12 topazes ovales soulignées par une guirlande de perles nacrées et entrecoupées par des fleurettes en métal dont le coeur est fait d'une topaze montée sur une batte à griffes.
