Walking stick of Johan van Oldenbarnevelt
Only one of the various walking sticks said to have been used by Oldenbarnevelt on the morning of his
beheading can actually be genuine. If there is one with a good claim to authenticity, then it is this one. It was
once the property of Oldenbarnevelt’s son Reynier.
