De Guindos denies that a bailout with the IMF is being negotiated

The hours of uncertainty that the Spanish economy is experiencing have focussed on the opening ceremony of the days organised by the Círculo de Economía in Sitges. The minister, Luis de Guindos, has denied that the Spanish government is negotiating a possible rescue with the IMF.
