The Holy Family at Night

De heilige familie bij avond. Interieur verlicht door kaarslicht met Maria en Anna bij de wieg waarin het Christuskind slaapt. Maria leest uit een boek, Anna houdt het wiegenkoord in de handen. Jozef zit links onder de trap. Op een tafel rechts staan een paar oude schoenen, een fles en een vijzel. Aan de muur hangt achter Anna een kaart op rollen.
