Archaeological excavation report, 03E0461 Site D Morett, County Laois.
Site D at Morett was excavated as part of the resolution of archaeological sites on the route of the N7 Heath-Mayfield Motorway Scheme. The site was identified during centreline test trenching as a significant concentration of archaeological features in fields immediately north-west of Morett Castle, a late medieval tower house.
