Study of associated W and Z Boson production in proton-proton collisions with the CMS detector at the Large Hadron Collider

In this thesis a measurement of WZ production cross section is presented. Total and differential cross sections are measured by the CMS experiment at the CERN LHC in proton-proton collision data samples corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 19:6 fb−1 at √s = 8 TeV.
