The storms have accumulated more than 25 mm in half an hour to various parts of the country, such as Tarragona or Riudoms. The downpours have been accompanied by electrical activity, hail and a lot of wind. All this has led to flooding in low and terraces and has lying down some trees. More than 9.000 subscribers have run out of electricity supply in Tarragona, Reus and Salou.
