Small, cross-inscribed pebble, HCA 195
This small ovoid stone (L 7cm) is decorated with an incised cross with and oval frame and a deeply cut, circular depression at the centre of the cross. Pebbles of this type with a wide variety of cross forms are found in large numbers across Ireland and in smaller quantities from Scotland.
