Een grote groep vrouwen op 17 september 1913, die zich verzamelen voor een betoging door de Vereeniging voor Vrouwenkiesrecht ter verkrijging van het vrouwenkiesrecht. De verzamelplaats was de tuin van hotel 'De Twee Steden', Buitenhof 20 in Den Haag, voor een 'stille betooging' op het Binnenhof in Den Haag. .De vrouwen dragen sjerpen, waarop staat 'Grondwettelijke gelijkstelling van Man en Vrouw'…
